Under the Law of Georgia on Energy Efficiency and especially the Law of Georgia on Energy Efficiency of Buildings, key obligations are now mandatory including Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new constructions and when selling or renting existing buildings, adherence to minimum energy performance requirements, and energy audits in relevant cases.
