OV Engineering, LLC provides full-scope design services for the new Anantara Dragon Hotel, a 5-star luxury resort (247 rooms, 32,600 m²) operated by Anantara Hotels & Resorts (Minor Hotels Group) and SAVAYA nightlife luxury operator

Scope of Services

Architectural and Technological Solutions (ТХ): Kitchens & F&B areas, Back-of-House (BOH), laundry, waste management, SPA, Kids Club, and GYM — from conceptual layouts to detailed equipment plans and utility connections.
Life & Fire Safety (LFS) Concept: Comprehensive fire safety strategy, evacuation planning, and means of egress in compliance with NFPA, Anantara standards, and local Indonesian regulations.
MEP Systems: Plumbing, electrical power & lighting engineering, and fire protection systems.
Low-Voltage / ELV & ICT Systems: Structured cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS, PA/VA, and system integrations.
All deliverables are developed in BIM/Revit Model.
